Mentorship at Aditya College means the relationship and bonding established between the teacher and the student, where the teacher is not only concerned with the studies but also share and impart knowledge, skills, and experience. The mentor is responsible to nurture and groom a group of students academically and allied matters.

Thus highlights the areas for relationship between the Mentor and the Mentee helps to prompt career development and come to a realistic conclusion about their career potential. It helps to motivate the Mentee throughout his/her personal and professional life.
