BCA is catering to the need of students aspiring to excel in the field of computers. The programme focuses on providing the students with a sound theoretical background as well as good practical exposure to the relevant areas. Computers apart, a BCA student is imparted lessons on Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Production Management, Operations Management etc.
During one particular semester, each student is required to undertake a “Summer Project” and work with a private or government organization, this gives the student an opportunity to address real-life problems.

The course in commerce at the UG level aims at imparting knowledge in the areas of Accounting, Taxation and Management. B.Com student is taught how to prepare accounting records and financial accounting, reflecting the economic transactions and financial affairs of business and other organizations in accordance with current legal requirements and professional standards.
