Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is a non-government and not for profit organization since 1895. It aims to create and sustain an environment beneficial to the growth of Indian Industry, partnering industry and government alike through advisory and consultative processes.

Young Indians (Yi) is an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India’s premier business association, formed in the year 2002, with an objective of creating a platform for young Indians to realize the dream of a developed nation

Vision - ‘To become the voice of young Indians globally’
The organization has over 1100 direct members in 21 city chapters and engages a total of 10000 members through its corporate chapters, farmer nets & student nets that comprise of young progressive Indians between the age group of 25 and 40 years.

Aditya Yi Student’s Net aims to envisage in its young enthusiastic, passionate and motivated students to become responsible, intellectual and innovative in all spheres of life. Focus areas are primary education, environment, primary healthcare, employability, contributing positively to its surrounding eco system and the nation. To ensure all round development of students sports activities, researches, intellectual and social activities are organized like Blood Donation Camp, Research on “promotion of non-violence among people” etc. were organized. All these activities and events helped students to become the harbingers of change under the auspices of the Yi Student’s Net. The Yi Net also provides a platform for industry- student interface where students interact with Yi corporate members andcontribute towards nation building
